Are you keeping a secret from your employees? The secret we’re focusing on is making sure that you’re telling employees when are your busy times. This is very important if someone is new to your organization and maybe you’ve taken on some new work and that means a busy time for even the existing employees.
They need to know what’s coming. This way, they can prioritize their schedules. They can decide whether certain tasks maybe can be put on hold, to focus on the main tasks that suddenly comes up.
Every industry has a busy season. Give people a chance to prepare for it. You’ll see better productivity, as well, you’ll make sure that everyone’s mental health and focus is good.
Uncertainty makes people very nervous. Give them a road map. Let them know when busy times are coming. Allow them to prepare for them.
