Do your employees know your top three priorities at work? It’s important for employees to know your top three priorities at work, so they can focus their time accordingly.
If they think that you have 20 top priorities or they seem to change from day to day, they won’t know how much time they should focus on certain tasks. Especially during the busy times because then they may have to put some things aside. They might be putting one of your top priorities, in a dusty drawer, if you’re not careful
So make sure once a year, go over what are some of the goals that you have for the year. That way, they’ll understand how much time they should allocate to certain activities.
If not, they’re going to guess, and they may guess wrong. Nobody is necessarily being a bad employee, but if people don’t know where’s the target, they won’t know how to aim. So make sure employees know your top three priorities at work. I’m Ken Okel. Take care.
