While many want to have their business stand out from the competition, a lot of people are not sure how to do it. Some believe that in order to occupy a unique space in your customer’s minds, you must spend a lot of money or significantly discount your services.
These costly scenarios are not always true. Sometimes, you stand out from the competition though how you make people feel. In this video, I talk about how a region of the country has branded itself well, based on people taking part in a shared, positive behavior.
Think about how you want your customers to feel when they leave your business. Can you reverse engineer this feeling into a practice that can be taught to all employees and made part of your culture.
