It’s tempting at this time of year to make New Year’s resolutions. The bad news is that you’ll probably fail. A 2007 study by professor and psychologist, Richard Wiseman, found that 88% of the people who make New Year?s resolutions do not achieve their goals.
I’ve found a better way to focus you on self improvement. Swap out thoughts of resolutions and instead replace them with expectations. This different approach is outlined in the video clip below.
