What if your email signature could be used for more than just your contact information? I’m sure you’re familiar with the email signature but did you know it can be a big tool in boosting your productivity, especially when it comes to email.
You’re probably like most people. You frequently get asked the same questions again again. You probably do this: jump on your computer, type out the perfect response, hit the send button.
Nothing wrong with that. The only problem is it takes time.
You always have to remember what you wrote before. Wouldn’t it be better to take that knowledge, preserve it as an email signature. You can then name it as the answer to that question. Next time someone asked you that question, you go into your email signatures, you click on that signature, it populates your email, you hit the send button, and you’re done.
A great way to boost your productivity through email. Sometimes, it’s just a couple clicks away.
