Dealing with some frustrating times at work? I have three words that may help. Get to tomorrow. Those are three words that help me a great deal, when I’m dealing with a frustrating situation.

Sometimes there’s a goal you’re pursuing or something you want to achieve. But you’re just not making the progress like
you feel like you should. Doesn’t matter that you’re trying your hardest. Sometimes things just aren’t lining up. It’s like an eclipse. It just isn’t happening right away.

In these instances, get to tomorrow can be very important because it takes your focus off the frustration of not achieving that far out there goal and instead celebrates the fact that you’re on the journey to improve.

So, look back. Say, “What did I do today to get a little closer to that goal, down the road?” Celebrate what you done. Look forward to tomorrow get there and tomorrow, get to tomorrow feeling good. Feeling ready to continue to move toward that goal.

Success doesn’t happen all at once but along the way you can build some good habits by sticking with it. Try to get to tomorrow during tough times.
